Washington Post Live

Washington Post Live is The Post’s live journalism platform, streaming conversations between Post reporters and guests ranging from politicians, CEOs and policy wonks to actors, artists and musicians.

I worked on the plaform from April 2021 to April 2024, and was the senior video producer since July 2022.

In that time I edited more than 650 original videos, launched more than 550 live-streamed conversations, live-tweeted more than 2,500 news clips, and post-produced more videos and podcast than I can count. I also edited more than 80 episodes of associate editor Jonathan Capehart’s podcast “Capehart,” and collaborated on projects with desks across the newsroom.

Collected here is a selection of my production work for the platform.

Global Women’s Summit Production

WPL congregates women leaders from across the global each November for an all-day summit at The Post’s headquarters in Washington, D.C.

I coordinated the production of the video elements used during the 2022 and 2023 Summits. I edited videos used to introduce half of the Summit’s segments each year, a handful of which are highlighted here.
